Why there is no shipping
Everything here is worked by hand, in runs of one to ten. Posting a crocheted keychain to the other end of the country would cost more than the keychain, take four days, and arrive in a box that is bigger than the thing inside it. It would also be slightly absurd — you would be paying a courier to carry something I could hand you myself.
So: collect from Bahawalpur, or local delivery inside the city for anything big enough to be worth carrying. If you are further away, the honest answer is that this shop is not for you, and I would rather say so than take your money and disappoint you in a week.

- How do I collect?
- Message me on WhatsApp and we will agree a day and a time. There is no fixed opening hours — it is one person and a basket of yarn, so half-day notice is plenty and a whole week in advance is fine too.
- What about local delivery?
- Possible for anything larger than a keychain, inside Bahawalpur and the immediate surroundings. Message me your area and the size of the piece and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth doing and what it would cost.
- How do I pay?
- There is no card checkout here, deliberately — I would rather you talk to a person before any money moves. Message me on WhatsApp to start the order and I will send you the details for a 40% advance by JazzCash or SadaPay, or any other mobile wallet I send you. The balance is due when you collect. That advance is what buys the yarn and holds your place in the queue; the rest is paid once the piece is finished and in your hand.
- Why an advance?
- Because nothing is made until it is ordered. The 40% is not a deposit to lock me in — it is the money that buys your yarn before I start, so a change of heart costs me the materials rather than your afternoon.
- Something arrived broken
- Photograph it and message me. If a seam has come apart or a clasp has failed, I will repair it and you can collect it again at no cost. This happens rarely, but it does happen, and it should never be your problem to solve.
